SIGNAL(시그널) 아동 성적 학대·착취(CSAE) 방지 정책

이 페이지는 몽블루가 운영하는 성인 커뮤니티 앱 'SIGNAL(시그널)'의 아동 안전 표준입니다. 시그널은 아동 성적 학대·착취(CSAE)와 아동 성착취물(CSAM)을 어떤 형태로도 허용하지 않습니다.

1. 무관용 원칙

다음 콘텐츠와 행위는 전면 금지되며, 확인되는 즉시 영구 제재합니다.

· 아동·청소년을 성적으로 묘사하거나 암시하는 글, 사진, 영상, 대화 (실제 인물 여부와 관계없이, 그림·합성물·미성년자 설정 포함)

· 아동 성착취물(CSAM)의 게시, 공유, 요청, 판매, 링크 제공

· 미성년자에게 접근하거나 만남·대화를 유도하는 행위(그루밍), 성적 착취를 목적으로 한 협박·유인

2. 만 19세 이상 성인만 이용

시그널은 휴대폰 본인확인으로 만 19세 이상임이 확인된 성인만 이용할 수 있습니다. 미성년자임이 확인되거나 의심되는 계정은 즉시 이용을 차단하고 계정을 해지합니다.

3. 신고 방법

· 앱 안 신고: 게시글, 댓글, 1:1 대화 메시지, 회원 프로필마다 '신고하기' 기능이 있으며, 신고는 관리자가 직접 검토합니다.

· 고객센터: 앱 마이페이지 → 고객센터 게시판

· 이메일: willers@naver.com (로그인 없이 누구나 신고 가능)

· 아동이 위험에 처해 있다면 즉시 112(경찰)에 신고해 주세요.

4. 대응 절차

· CSAE·CSAM 관련 신고나 발견 시, 확인 즉시(늦어도 24시간 이내) 해당 콘텐츠를 비공개 처리하고 삭제합니다.

· 관련 계정은 영구 정지하고 기기 차단으로 재가입을 막습니다.

· 수사에 필요한 기록은 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 보존하고, 경찰청 사이버수사국(ecrm.police.go.kr), 방송통신심의위원회(kocsc.or.kr) 등 관계 기관에 신고하며 수사에 협조합니다.

5. 관련 법령 준수

시그널은 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 대한민국의 아동 보호 관련 법령과 국제 기준을 준수합니다.

SIGNAL, operated by Mongblue, is an adults-only (19+) community app. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

All users must pass mobile identity verification as adults. Any account found or suspected to belong to a minor is blocked immediately.

Users can report posts, comments, chat messages and profiles in the app; anyone can also report by email to willers@naver.com. Reports are reviewed by our administrators.

When CSAE or CSAM is reported or found, we remove it immediately (within 24 hours at the latest), permanently ban the account and its device, and report it to the relevant authorities (Korean National Police Agency, Korea Communications Standards Commission), cooperating with any investigation.

We comply with the Korean Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses and other applicable laws and international standards.
